The Youth Adventure Club of the College went Hiking at Kawrlungtuk, River Mat, today, 30 October 2025.
The Department of Mizo, Government J. Buana College, and the Mizo Academy of Letters (MAL), Jt. Hqrs., Lunglei, presents the State Level Seminar on “C. Ṭhuamluaia Sulhnu Zir Hona,” to be organised on 30 October 2025 at the Multipurpose Hall, Government J. Buana College.
The Mizo Academy of Letters, Joint Headquarters, Lunglei, and the Department of Mizo, Government J. Buana College, will jointly organise a State Level Seminar on the theme “C. Ṭhuamluaia Sulhnu Zir Ho” on 30 October 2025 at Government J. Buana College, Lunglei. This academic event is intended to provide a meaningful platform for writers, scholars, researchers, and academicians to engage in critical reflection and exchange of ideas on the life, works, and enduring influence of C. Ṭhuamluaia. Through paper presentations and discussions, the seminar seeks to deepen understanding of his contributions to Mizo literature and to encourage further scholarly inquiry into his legacy. Writers, academicians, and interested participants are cordially invited to present papers and take part in this seminar. Their insights and perspectives will enrich the discourse and contribute to a wider appreciation of C. Ṭhuamluaia’s significance in Mizo cultural and literary history.
A Consumer Protection Awareness Campaign will be organised on Friday, 19 September 2025, 1:30 PM at the Multipurpose Hall. The programme will be organised by the Consumer Club, GJBC in collaboration with the Lunglei District Consumers’ Association. Dr. Lalchhanhima Fanchun, President, LDCA will be the resource person. All First & Third Semester Students are informed to attend the programme.
